The first Atlantica Vox album was released in 2008, but those weren't the first songs that Kyle Fiske, the songwriter and musician behind Atlantica Vox, had written. Between 1992 and 2003, he wrote nearly a hundred songs and recorded more than 50 of those. These were mostly rough recordings, done in a low-budget home studio and just shared with a few friends and family. The raw, unmixed instrument tracks have all been lost, but the resulting songs, as originally recorded and mixed, still exist. They're a bit rough around the edges, but they provide a window to the musical background and evolution of Atlantica Vox. The songs on Lost Tracks -- Volume 1 were mostly from 1997-2003.

Atlantica Vox is the solo project of Kyle Fiske, a recording artist based in Rockport, MA. The music is indie rock that draws on late '70's, early '80s postpunk and New Wave. The first album, "The Phantom Town Demos", was released in the summer of 2008, and then "Lights and Rare Things" followed in 2013.
